Delivery Options and Charges

All L’Artisan Parfumeur orders are delivered by courier. A signature is required upon delivery.

UK Mainland

Delivery is by courier and a signature is preferable, although you can opt to have your package left in a secure location or with a neighbour in your absence. Please indicate any specific directions or instructions when completing your order.
Standard delivery Ł5.50
Normally delivered within 5 working days (9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday)
Orders made on a weekend or UK public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
NB: For deliveries to the United Kingdom, please make sure you have selected the sterling payment function by clicking on ‘GBP’ at the top bar of any page (or the Home page).

UK Non-mainland

Postcodes prefixed with BT, GY, JE, IM, HS, ZE, and TR21-25: Please add 2 working days to the delivery time (9.00 – 17.00 Monday-Friday).

United States

.    Standard delivery (US) $US11. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
.    Second Day (US) $US29 Delivered within two working days.
.    Priority/Overnight (US) $US25
.    Priority/Overnight, Saturday (US) $US35

Order by 12 noon EST and we can deliver the next working day to most US locations. Delivery rates apply to each address.

Our mission is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
L’Artisan Parfumeur reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected you will be notified within two business days.

Europe (excluding United Kingdom)

Standard delivery €7.50. Normally delivered within 5 working days however some countries will have a longer timeframe. If this applies to your order we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. (09.00 – 17.00 Monday-Friday.)

Return Policy

Faulty Goods

Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact us and we will be pleased to assist you. Please refer to our ‘Contact Us’ page for details.

General Exchange Policy

Most goods may be returned for exchange or a credit note but only if they are returned in their original condition within 28 days with proof of purchase. However, this is subject to the restrictions and conditions below.

Hygiene

For reasons of hygiene, any toiletries item which has been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty.

Sale Items

Goods purchased as sale items or special purchases may be exchanged or refunded with a credit note only if they are returned in their original condition during the same sale period with proof of purchase. This is always subject to the discretion of L’Artisan Parfumeur.

Special Orders

Specially ordered products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the L’Artisan Parfumeur Returns Policy.
