Marketing Executive

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of 360 marketing strategies bringing exciting and innovative brand programmes and campaigns to life.

Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

Execution of 360 marketing strategies

  • Conduct research on themes for campaigns and engage in brainstorming sessions
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the delivery of ideas and concepts for photoshoots
  • Elaborate inspirational mood boards for campaigns
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the communication of the campaign concept to the different stakeholders involved in the projects (Creative Image, Training, Digital, PR)
  • Liaise with the different stakeholders involved in the projects maintaining cross-functional communication touchpoints
  • Provide internal and external partners with briefs and assets
  • Monitor campaign timelines, making sure all markets receive campaign materials on time

Consumer Insights, Competitor Analysis & Marketing Recommendations

  • Working very closely with the Analytics team, conduct research on the L'Artisan Parfumeur's customer and provide relevant insights about our audiences
  • Conduct competitor analysis, keeping abreast of changes and trends in the fragrance, beauty and luxury industries
  • Carry out performance analysis of campaigns, providing recommendations to boost results

Brand Marketing Creative Vision

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the development of a brand narrative that is elevated and attracts new customers
  • Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, act as a brand guardian in every project making sure consistency and brand's tone of voice is preserved
  • Produce copy and materials for campaigns when relevant
  • Prepare and update presentations

Product Creation & Portfolio Management

  • Bring ideas on new formats, materials and textures; making sure the brand is following industry best practices
  • Produce regular NPD reports and trackers; updating the business on any new launches and changes
  • Coordinate specific brand projects (e.g. gifting, wrapping offer) from concept to development and ensuring communication with Puig NPD team when relevant
  • Prepare briefs and presentations on new launches


  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the budgeting process
  • Conduct regular budget tracking
  • Raise PO's and support invoicing process

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Previous Marketing experience in a similar role within the fragrance / beauty / luxury industries
  • Educated to graduate degree level, ideally in Marketing
  • Creative mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, being able to influence key stakeholders within the business
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Initiative
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced (re)start-up environment
