Delivery Options and Charges
All L’Artisan Parfumeur orders are delivered by courier. A signature is required upon delivery.
Standard delivery is free for UK orders over £70, France/Europe orders over €75 and USA orders over $85.
Standard delivery £7.50. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after your order has been shipped (9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday).
Orders made on a weekend or UK public holiday will be processed the next working day.
NB: For deliveries to Great Britain, please make sure you have selected the sterling payment function by clicking on ‘GBP’ at the top bar of any page (or the Home page).
Delivery is by courier and a signature is preferable, although you can opt to have your package left in a secure location or with a neighbour in your absence. Please indicate any specific directions or instructions when completing your order.
Please note we currently deliver to mainland Great Britain only and do not deliver to the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland.
Unfortunately express delivery is not available yet in the UK.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday 9.30am to 1.30pm. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
L’Artisan Parfumeur reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected you will be notified within two business days. For your protection, we require extra credit card verification for orders over $1000. Please call for more information. Europe (excluding Great Britain)
Standard delivery €7.50. Please allow 5 working days for delivery however, some countries will have a longer time frame. If this applies to your order we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. (09.00am to 17.00pm Monday-Friday.)
NB: For deliveries to Europe, please make sure you have selected the Euro payment function by clicking on ‘EUR’ at the top bar of this page (or on the Home page).
We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark (5000-9990 postcodes only), France (mainland only), Germany, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (mainland only), Spain (mainland only), Switzerland, Vatican State.
Please note we do not currently deliver to: Corsica, Canary Islands, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Norway, Overseas France, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
Unfortunately express delivery is not available yet in Europe apart for France.

EUROPE ONLINE RETURNS
If you’ve purchased your product online for delivery to an address anywhere in Europe, please contact us by calling +44 (0) 203 0406 120 or by emailing . Our Customer Service team will provide you with a free return label for you to post it back to us.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when sending your return. No liability will be accepted for products lost, undelivered or damaged in the post.

General Exchange Policy
Most goods may be returned for exchange or a credit note, but only if they are returned in their original condition within 28 days with proof of purchase. However, this is subject to the restrictions and conditions below.
Goods purchased as sale items or special purchases may be exchanged or refunded with a credit note only if they are returned in their original condition during the same sale period with proof of purchase. This is always subject to the discretion of L’Artisan Parfumeur.
Specially ordered products cannot be returned unless faulty.
