Delivery Options and Charges
All L’Artisan Parfumeur orders are delivered by courier. A signature is required upon delivery.
Delivery is by courier and a signature is preferable, although you can opt to have your package left in a secure location or with a neighbour in your absence. Please indicate any specific directions or instructions when completing your order.

Normally delivered within 5 working days (9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday)
Orders made on a weekend or UK public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
NB: For deliveries to the United Kingdom, please make sure you have selected the sterling payment function by clicking on ‘GBP’ at the top bar of any page (or the Home page).
Postcodes prefixed with BT, GY, IM, HS, ZE, and TR21-25: Please add 2 working days to the delivery time (9.00 – 17.00 Monday-Friday).
Unfortunately we can't deliver to Jersey and Guernsey.

Our mission is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday 9.30am to 1.30pm. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
L’Artisan Parfumeur reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected you will be notified within two business days. For your protection, we require extra credit card verification for orders over $1000. Please call for more information. Standard delivery €7.50. Normally delivered within 5 working days however some countries will have a longer timeframe. If this applies to your order we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. (09.00 – 17.00 Monday-Friday.)

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

- the money back guarantee is open only to customers purchasing products from us for personal use (not resale) and for deliveries to addressed in EuroPE
- it only applies to online purchases made via our websit
- no bulk, automated or third-party claims will be accepted;
- one return per person per product;
- the refund will be for the retail price of the returned product shown on the verified dispatch note plus postage at standard delivery rate; and
- the refund will be credited to the debit or credit card used to purchase the product and no cash will be given.
- Returns within the EU are free of charge.

Europe Online Returns
If you’ve purchased your product online for delivery to an address anywhere in Europe, please contact us by calling +44 (0) 203 0406 120 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service will provide you with a free return label for you to post it back to us.
We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage when posting your return. No liability will be accepted for products lost, undelivered or damaged in the post.
This money back guarantee does not affect your legal rights or your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.

General Exchange Policy
Most goods may be returned for exchange or a credit note but only if they are returned in their original condition within 28 days with proof of purchase. However, this is subject to the restrictions and conditions below.
Goods purchased as sale items or special purchases may be exchanged or refunded with a credit note only if they are returned in their original condition during the same sale period with proof of purchase. This is always subject to the discretion of L’Artisan Parfumeur.
Specially ordered products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the L’Artisan Parfumeur Returns Policy.
