In Venice, beauty awaits at every turn. From Byzantine mosaics to colourful gondolas, the city itself feels like a living masterpiece. In this extraordinary setting, renowned for its rich tradition of craftsmanship, L’Artisan Parfumeur celebrated its award-winning scent, Abyssae. A fragrance that blurs the line between land and sea, it echoes Venice’s own spirit, poised between sky and tide.
An odyssey of senses
L’Artisan Parfumeur invited its guests to discover the essence of its Abyssae Eau de Parfum in the heart of this legendary city, Venice. Between the art of the master Murano glass-makers and the Italian dolce vita, there was magic in the air of the Venetian Lagoon.
First stop: spotlight on glass
In his factory, established on Murano more than 20 years ago, our guests were invited by designer Aristide Najean for an exclusive visit of his workshop and an introduction to glassblowing. As a master glass-maker, Najean shaped this lively material with passion, playing with transparency, light and reflection. In collaboration with L’Artisan Parfumeur, he has created an exclusive bottle for Abyssae: a sculpture inspired by the abysses, where the depths of water encounter the poetry of fragrance.
Second stop: Fortuny atelier
As evening fell, the doors of the legendary Fortuny, the oldest manufacturer of textiles and tapestries in Venice, were opened for a private dinner in the garden. Like a timeless escape, guests were invited to enjoy an exceptional experience, echoing to the sensory and contemplative realm of Abyssae.
Rosy hues blooming across the sky marked the end of this Italian journey. An inspiring escape in the heart of Venice, born from shared beauty, is also an invitation to slow down and truly savour the moment.
