How can I check the status of my order? 

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email of confirmation with a number of follow-up to enter on the shipping company. You can check and track your order in 'My Account'.

When will my items arrive? 

Delivery to France :

- UPS: delivery within 3 to 5 working days after your order has been shipped.

- UPS: delivery within 24 to 48 hours for any order placed on the web site before 1 pm, we cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours on weekends.

Delivery to Europe: 

- Germany and Belgium: delivery by UPS in under 3 working days.

- Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal: delivery by UPS, delivery within 3 to 7 working days.

- Scotland, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Channel Islands, Italy, Wales, Sweden: delivery with UPS, within 2 to 5 working days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery to the USA:

- Standard UPS: delivered within 10 working days after your order has been shipped.

- Fedex Express: delivery in under 2 working days after your order has been shipped.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You are welcome to contact customer service via the contact form below for any questions regarding your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any changes to your order, but we will strive to help you the best we can.

Can I still order an item that is out of stock?

You cannot add a product that is out of stock to your order, however you can ask to be notified when the product comes back in stock. Simply go to the product's web page, click on the 'Notify Me' option, and fill in your contact details to be notified when it comes back in stock.

How long do the candles burn for? 

Our candles burn well for an average time of 60 to 80 hours.

Have fragrances changed since the repack?

No, each of our fragrances remain unchanged, we always use the same formulae in all of our creations. Only the packaging has been amended.

Can I personalise my fragrance?

L'Artisan Parfumeur offers the option to personalise your fragrance. You can engrave a custom message on the fragrance's bottle or the glass candle holder.

How long can I keep a perfume?

The maximum shelf life for our fragrances is 5 years.

Why have some items been discontinued?

Sometimes the production for certain products is stopped. This happens when there is a significant decline in demand, or to give way for new products. Nevertheless, we will be at your disposal in order to find you the best substitute if one of your favourite products disappears from our shelves.

Can I get my order gift wrapped? 

When placing your order, we offer you the chance to add free gift wrapping in either black or brown kraft paper to your product. It is then adorned with a leather cord and sealed with the craftsperson's stamp of authenticity.

How do I return an item?

Returns within the EU are free of charge, and you have 60 days from the date of your order to request a refund. For any exchange or refund requests, please contact [email protected] for European orders, and [email protected] for orders witihin the USA. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
