As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email of confirmation with a number of follow-up to enter on the shipping company. You can check and track your order in my account.
When will my items arrive ?
Delivery to France :
- Colissimo: delivery under 3 in 5 working days after expedition.
- Chronopost: delivery under 24 hours at 48 am for any order crossed on the web site before 1 pm, we do not guarantee the delivery in 24 hours the weekend.
Delivery to Europe:
- Germany and Belgium: delivery by Chronopost under 3 working days.
- Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal: delivery by Colissimo, deadlines from 3 to 7 working days.
- Scotland, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Channel Islands, Italy, Wales, Sweden: delivery Chronopost, deadlines from 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery to the USA:
- Standard UPS: under 10 working days.
- Fedex express: under 2 working days.

Can I still order an item that is out of stock?
You cannot add to your basket a product out of stock, however you can ask to be notified when the product will be back in stock. Simply go on the product sheet, click on the call to action then fill the form to get notified when it's back in stock.
How long do the candles burn?
Our candles on average last from 60 and 80 hours with a proper burn.

Have fragrances change since the repack?
No, each of our fragrances remain unchanged, we always use the same formulae in all our creations.
Can I personalised my bottle?
L'Artisan Parfumeur offers the option to make your fragrance or candle unique. Ideal to personalize your gift, you can engrave a custom message on the bottle or candle glass.
How long can I keep a perfume?
The maximum shelf life for our fragrance is 5 years.

Why are items discontinued?
Sometimes it may happen that the production of certain products is interrupted. It happens when there is a significant decline in demand or to give way to new products. Nevertheless we shall be at your disposal to find you the best substitute if one of your favourite product disappear of our shelves.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
We offer you the choice to add a free gift wrapping adorned with preserved plants to your order, and also an elegant cotton wrap bag in US for 5$ if you have just one item in your baske. It will be offered automatically if you have more than 1 item.
How to return an item?
Returns within EU are free of chargd.
