This raw material is obtained by extracting the roasted seeds from the fruit of the coffee tree harvested in the Ethiopian highlands. Its familiar scent, anchored in the olfactory memory, is round, luscious and chocolaty. It is reminiscent of tobacco, but much more delicious.
